Below are some of the key areas of focus within counselling sessions in my practice.

Parenting Support & Self-care with Young Children

Parenting young children can be both rewarding and demanding. This service offers support for parents navigating stress, emotional overwhelm, shifting identities, and family dynamics. We explore parenting patterns, emotional responses, and boundaries, helping you restore balance, strengthen connection, and care for your own mental health and well-being alongside your children’s.

This may be a good fit if parenting feels overwhelming, emotionally draining, or difficult to balance with your own needs.

You can feel supported while caring for your family, and yourself.

PMDD Emotional Support

PMDD can feel confusing and overwhelming, affecting your mood, relationships, and sense of self in ways that are hard to explain. This service provides a compassionate space to explore experiences such as low mood, irritability, anxiety, or feeling unlike yourself. Together, we focus on understanding your experiences, reducing shame and self-blame, and supporting emotional well-being.

Counselling works alongside medical care and medication for PMDD, supporting the emotional and relational impact while clinical treatment addresses the biological aspects. It also provides support, understanding, and relief for difficult moments.

This may be a good fit if PMDD feels distressing, isolating, or heavy to manage alone.

Managing Anxiety, Stress & Burnout

Chronic stress and anxiety can affect your thoughts, body, and relationships. This service focuses on understanding your experiences with compassion while exploring ways to manage stress, reduce overwhelm, and rebuild emotional resilience—helping you feel more present, calm, and in control.

This may be a good fit if you experience ongoing worry, tension, panic, stress, or burnout.

Build more calm, resilience, and emotional steadiness.

Career, Creativity & Leadership Support

Navigate work and creativity with confidence and clarity.

This service supports professionals, students, creatives, and leaders managing career transitions, creative blocks, workplace stress, or leadership challenges. Together, we explore values, self-doubt, boundaries, and burnout, helping you reconnect with purpose and move forward in your work in a way that feels sustainable and aligned.

This is a good fit if you’re questioning your career path, feeling creatively stuck, or managing academic or workplace pressures.

Counselling sessions with Christina RCC, M.ED, help you slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive & accepting space.
