Her work is culturally-sensitive, client-centered, and grounded in trauma-informed, Humanistic and Existential therapy. Christina takes a collaborative, client-centred approach, integrating evidence-based practices such as Mindfulness, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Compassion-Focused Therapy.
