Counselling is a meaningful step toward your well-being. Below are the current session rates.

Initial Session:

Online or Phone: 50 minutes | $165

Online or Phone: 75 minutes | $248

Subsequent Sessions:

Online or Phone: 50 minutes | $165

Online or Phone: 75 minutes | $248

As a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), I do not charge GST.
Fees are reviewed annually and may change with notice.

Payment

Payment is due at the end of each session and can be made by e-transfer to christina@christinavasakcounselling.com.

Receipts will be provided and can be used for insurance reimbursement if your plan covers sessions with a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC).

Insurance Coverage

Many extended health plans in BC cover counselling with a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). Please check with your provider to confirm your coverage.

Cancellations

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows time to offer the spot to someone else who may be waiting for an appointment.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice—or missed appointments—may be charged the full session fee. Thank you for your understanding.
