To support you on this journey, I offer an optional complimentary confidential 15-minute phone or online consultation so we can connect, answer any questions you may have, and explore how counselling might help you.
Sessions can also be securely booked online. Alternatively, you can email me to book and we can decide together on a convenient weekly or biweekly day and time that will fit our schedules.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation or session, so I can offer that time to others who may be waiting.
